Refund & Reshipping Policy

All my products are handmade with care and made to order.

 

For this reason, I do not offer refunds for custom or made-to-order items, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or is lost in transit due to my error.

According to EU consumer protection laws (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

 

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

 

I do not offer refunds for parcels that are not collected or are returned due to delivery issues outside my control (e.g. incomplete address, refusal to accept, or unclaimed items).

However, I’m always happy to find a fair and reasonable solution.

 

All my shipments are tracked, and I always provide the tracking information upon dispatch.

 

If a package is returned to me, I offer two options:

    1.    I can remake the items and ship them again, free of charge, only if the original issue was caused by me.

    2.    If the return was caused by delivery failure or customer inaction, I can still remake the items and reship them, but the shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.

 

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery or return notice.

I’m committed to resolving any issue in a fair and human way.
